Our service starts with a prompt response to your enquiry. During our first conversation, we’ll discuss and establish your needs before arranging a full technical survey.
At the survey, we’ll show you product samples and give you as much installation information as you want (backed up with reference to real installations on similar properties). Once you’re happy that we’ve gathered all your requirements, we’ll prepare your quotation.
Our quotation is free, and fixed-price – it’s not an estimate. What you see on the quotation is what you’ll pay.
Once you’ve agreed your quotation, we maintain high contact levels and will arrange any preparatory works as well as the main installation. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll have a single contact throughout your relationship with Greenhus, so if you have any questions, you only ever need pick up the phone to one person.
One of our teams will then take responsibility for your whole installation (with the exception of specialist services such as extending your boiler flue, where we’ll use one of the Gas Safe or Oftec engineers with whom we work). We’ll bag all waste as it’s created, so your home or business remains tidy and you can come and go as usual.
